Arrival by car
Visitors can drive onto the campus through the main gate on Ackermannweg 11, 55128 Mainz (access via Koblenzer Straße). Parking on campus is free for up to 30 hours per year per license plate. If you wish to park on campus for more than 30 hours per year, you will need a paid entry permit; further information can be found on the pages for „Einfahrtserlaubnis“ (in german only). Alternatively, parking options are available on Dalheimer Weg or Albert-Schweitzer-Straße."
Arrival by public transportation
The GLK is easiest to reach via the nearby stop "Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg." This stop is served by tram lines 51, 53, and 59, as well as bus lines 54, 55, 56, 58, 75, and 650. The stop "Universität" is additionally served by bus lines 6, 9, 57, 64, 65, 68, 78, 90, 91, and 93."
